On Carrer Consell de Cent, 101 in Barcelona, on Monday, 12 April 1954, Beltran opened its doors. It is led by Thomas Beltran and Ernestine Sabaté. What begins as a small trade in the sale of pulses and salty fishing transforms and grows over time.
The souls of this transformation were Henry Beltran in the counter and Angels Aguilar in the kitchen, who left behind the sale of groceries by slowly introducing cooked dishes into the home kitchen we know today, always adapting to every moment of the time, and to the needs and tastes of our customers.
Every week we offer them a variety of home cooking dishes, following tradition and seasonality. We strive to work with local producers to bring the best possible products to their tables.
Daily menus
From Monday to Friday we have three daily menus. The daily menu, the low-calorie menu and the vegetarian menu. All three designed for varied and quality food at an adjusted price.
